Yes! You read it right....and YOU deserve the pampering....be it the View from any of the Balconies, the Finger-Licking Good Food,the amazing & authentic Spa that has a tie-up with Keralas Best Experts,the Ambience, the rolling Lawns,the Gazebos, the Souvenirs on offer,the no-nonsense etiquettes of the Hotel,the Bathroom layout and facilities (seen to be believed) the Sleep quality,the morning Tea in the verandah.....are all SOME of the experiences I carried back home. I shall store this in the Hall of Memories and anytime I get a chance or a good offer,I am sure to return to admire the way this Hotel....sorry....Retreat is run by the Team led by Mr.Kushal & his son Vishal and a Team of Loyal staff. I just Loved my stay and I will not blink an eyelid to give this Property a 5STAR....it richly deserves. The fact that Kotagiri has such a top-notch property is a boon to this beautiful Hillstation.Highly Recommended!

Hotel is located in a less crowded place and close by Tea estates. Quite spacious and very well designed. Has a Lawn, ample car parking space and restaurant. Hot water is available between 6 to 9am and they turn it on if you request anytime. Food is costly and the taste not worth it's cost. There are three types of rooms, all of them are more or less same space but with varying facility like garden view, Bath tub and so on.

30KM from Ooty - 1 Hour to reach from ooty Hotel is good just be cautious while you book hotel Nahar have total 4 hotels in Ooty and around and this hotel is 30KM from Ooty which take 1 hour to reach in kotagiri Ambience is good , food is nice bit expensive service is good

Had a very good stay. Rooms (Booked Royal room)were clean and spacious with balcony and good view. Excellent service from the hotel team. Morning breakfast was very Tasty. The Restuarant food was also good, we tried dinner.
