Booking experience was excellent on Goibibo, but booking confirmation was not known to hotel receptionist as the booking message was received by owner. every one who books room MUST take a printout of booking otherwise it's a mess to check-in into hotel. reception persons's customer relationship is not cordial

1star is for Room neatness and 1more star is for location otherwise i never recommend this hotel to any one. i booked for non AC and when i went there they said no rooms are available and they took 200 extra for AC room. its fine but recieptionist is not customer friendly and room service is also not good.

Worst**. They initially denied the accomodation and later gave. Take them to task.**They didn't give the receipt.
