Hotel Nakshatra INN

So pathetic that I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.Mismatch by the star they mentioned to describe.Firstly, they offered and took us to a room full of cigarette smell n smoke for which I denied staying and they got us another room which was filthy, dirty, not dusted, stained and old bedsheets with poor to no room cleanliness after the last traveller must have checked out. I called the staff and make them done this before I actually put my luggage down there. Secondly the room inclusions were mentioned close to 25-30 things, but there were only 4-5 basic things. AC with 1 pichka hua mattress on a bed, with old bedsheet n smelly blanket, dirty mirror, 1 fan, undusted room with a cupboard full of there utility product stored in there and of course smelly like a rotten thing. Washroom lacked, handshower, bathing shower but a loose tap, no geyser or hot water and no clean commode.Curtains were not as mentioned but dirty n regular ones.Biggest of all is, I asked them as regular drinking water jug when I checked in, called twice. n within 2 days of stay, they could give us at least water that I had to buy water bottles from shops for us to live in the hotel peacefully. At least providing water jugs should be there to do list job when somebody logs-in.So poor, the receptionist boy is rude And mannerless. We were 2 girls, we complaint about it as well, bug since there were 2 3 staff boys and almost minimal other guests which I could see in the hotel for 2 days, I was not comfortable about my safety there.Mat jana. This unarguably was the worst hotel I’ve even been to. I traveled to Ujjain in January this year (2023). We paid quite a bit for this properly (due to last minute bookings). The staff doesn’t care about the customers. You’ll have to ask them 4-5 times even for basic amenities like water in the room. They also don’t seem to like anyone requesting for amenities. The room was extremely dirty and the bathroom had leaks. Upon complaining during checkout, the staff didn’t care much too. I would highly recommend people to stay away from this property.

The hotel was very substandard at a stranded location with no safety and security measures whatsoever. The rooms booked for us were at the end of a long hallway with all other rooms being empty. The hotel was a marriage venue of sorts. This was our first disappointing experience. The receptionist rudely disagreed on cancelling the booking at the time of check in and further has denied any refund. Safety concerns

No facilities of hotel. it's a Banquet with rooms. no proper staff to cater the hotel type arrangements rooms and bathrooms are without ventilation and smelly, although something arranged by availble staff but that was also not upto the mark. no kitchen or restraunt in the Nakshatra inn. ACs of some rooms was also not working. overall experience was very bad and I will not recommend it for anybody.
