A decent hotel at a small place like Rajgir. We stayed at this hotel for 4 days during our trip to Rajgir-Nalanda-Bodhgaya and over ally we had a nice experience. I must admire Mr. Rajib - one of the manager who is well-mannered, friendly and pretty active in resolving customer's requests.On arriving at the hotel there was cordial welcome at the reception. We had already informed the hotel (during booking) that we will check-in around 3PM as we had to come from Danapur. Below is the summary of my review. Pros: - Decent hotel at a reasonable price in a small place like Rajgir. truely value for money - Hotel is located very close to Rajgir bus stop, just a 2 mins walk. - Well decorated and maintained - They can arrange vehicle for trip to Nalanda and Bodhgaya - You can have hygienic food from the Annapurna restaurant (No decent restaurants nearby area, though there are few small restaurants serving Jain/Rajasthani/Begoli thali. You will also find couple of street food vendors serving Chats and Fast-food. Be careful if you are prone to these...) - Mini refrigerator in room, though I didn't use it. - They quickly resolved the issue related to Geyser and room heater. - There is a swimming pool without water (perhaps useful in summer) - Big open lawn near swimming pool area that kids & others can enjoy Cons / Suggession: - Few of the staffs don't smile. This gives a rude feeling to the guests. - No electric kettle, Tea/Coffee/Sugar pouch in rooms. - The restaurant becomes crowdy after 9AM and your breakfast order may get delayed by 30 mins. I saw many guests with angry faces. - Some of the restaurant waiters are impatient (especially during the busy breakfast hours). They need to be professional in handling guests. Happy customers are the best advertisement. Dear Hotel Management, I am sure you will work on the suggestions.

i don't know why people have written bad about this hotel ..everything was perfectly fine just you can say it's 700 rs costly interms of pricing but entire city hotel have same things but apart from that every thing is nice lo Ike staff cleanliness location child friendly food and one more thing if you opt with breakfast then forget to have lunch because they provide such awesome breakfast unlimited that you can still on go with traveling till evening with awesome taste .. thanks to all the front desk officer very well behaved well mannered....

expensive for a hotel in a small town and facilities provided, rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast order to table, should have been buffet, food taste is good, but the rice provided at night was smelling, overall average

Management prefers business over hospitality as understood during my stay. Hence there's a resistance in every justified services you need till you fight for your rights. Choice of referral is not favored in my opinion.

Hotel location is good and parking facility is available but they do not provide the space for driver. A swimming pool they do not have. Welcome drinks is just formality. They charge for drinking water in advance.

As per the room rates are concerned, it is not that clean. Breakfast is not that good at all. upon call they are providing extra towels etc, but overall cleanliness is a concern.
