Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. No water supply after 8.00 Pm. Even for the normal TAP water people have to fill the bucket before 8.00 PM. Electricity problem in every room. Geysers were out of order and sometimes for hot water, we used ROD. Huge problem of water supply. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Do not spoil your holidays as we did. Most of the time we were complaining about small things. Though the hotel staff was cooperative. But cooperation doesn't work if the facilities were not available at the hotel.

Nice hotel in very calm and peaceful area. view from the rooms are also good. ask for room with balcony. owner personally taking care of the bookings and property. Staffs are also very polite and helpful. Parking available. Overall it was a nice stay there. Road approaching hotel after circuit house is not good but if you have car with good ground clearance nothing to worry. Rooms are in ground floor are good with nice view, restaurent also in same floor. Easily accessible for elderly people.

Hotel has a water issue. whole night there was no water in bathroom, cannot go for toilet with no water, finally called receptionist at 4;45am, he gave some excuses and on request opened valve from tank. Again at 7 am no water, again need to called them. It was horrible experience. Rest room was clean. Food quality is average. There is no intercom facility, you need to call them from your own mobile.

Hotel Narkanda Hills exceeded our expectations with its exceptional hospitality and service. The staff was humble and attentive and made us feel truly welcomed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The view from the rooms was just impeccable. The food they served us was delicious. Overall our stay at Hotel Narkanda Hills was an unforgettable experience. Highly Recommended!!

Had a stopover at this hotel towards Spiti. The room was basic and the amenities below par. No water in the bathroom leave alone hot water..bucket water with heating rod was provided. Parking is tight but available nevertheless. Though the quality of food was good. Overall an experience not worth remembering.

Overall the experience was good and the staff of the property was cooperative. The only problem faced during stay was related to water due to freezinh weather but hotel staff did everything to provide water to the guests. One should remember that the location is sort of secluded with some good views.

there was seepage in the property. same breakfast on all days and taste of breakfast was not so good. staff behaviour was good no basic hotel amenities were provided by the hotel except towel also there was electricity cut off around 11.00 AM in the morning

The hotel is not on the main market. The rooms are small, view from the balcony is good. food is ok, cleanliness is ok. after 10 pm till morning 8 am not a single staff was present in the hotel. we got our morning tea after 8 am. staff behaviour was good

Our stay was amazing. Rooms are comfy, neat and clean. We had our dinner there, and the overall quality is good. Quick service and the staff is very cordial. We will definitely recommend Narkanda Hills. Attached pictures are taken from the room.

it's quite bad experience ever. I feel they are very much money minded and staff & management behavior were very bad. they didn't stand with their words. There have no hospitality, I found.

hotel is not maintained and services are also not good. lots of improvement required. it doesn't look like a new property at all. it seems to be 15 year old structure. not value for money.

Hotel must have some more amenities like big room heater and carpet at floor. Extreme chilling place is Narkanda requires more facilities. Although staff was good and pleasant.
