Location was perfect... But the room wasn't worth the tariff... The were reluctant on giving towels and toiletries in the beginning... On repeated request... They agreed to get them.had a TV, with no channels to watch, the window couldn't be shut completely as the cable comes in to the room through the window shabbily so AC wasn't effective, water in the toilet would stop any moment then again we had to call the manager to switch on the motor... No geyser too. I think an alternative place would be of a better option than choosing this as this wasn't value for money at all!! Manager dictates his own terms and is slightly towards the rude side. Stay was OK... But these hiccups made it worse... Only good thing about the room was that its location but I think in pondicherry you'll find way better places with a better hospitality with a much cheaper price..

Comfy hotel with beach nearby. Keep your expectations low. No support staff available and the manager is one handling everything. Pondy city is 6-7 Km and same is Auroville. There's a auto stand nearby but they charge u a bomb for everything so be prepared. No in-house restaurant and but can order food which will be delivered after 30-45 mins and dont order food thru the restaurant menu which will be provided at the room. The food was very bad. Prefer some other local restaurant.

It was a pleasant stay. Hotel was perfect and as they provided the decent accommodation. Actually hotel just provides rooms only, No food, No room services and all. But still nice room and well maintained. I found some difficulties to find this hotel as the hotel was located in a internal location and in a narrow street. But the hotel was just 20 feet away from the beach area, that was nice. Overall stay was good but not recommended for a family stay. Good only for a solo stay.

Amazing experience.. quite near to serenity beach ...why to pay more if we have nature loft...worth it ...specially Richard the manager (i assume the first person in south india to know 7 languages) really helpful and zeal to give 100% to his customers.. guyz for a confined tour plz refer nature loft.

I stayed in the hotel and my stay experience was SO SO type. Not very run down and not maintained also. So much mosquitoes inside, the hotel room. There was no food service available over there.Its a nice resort right on the beach but they have to maintain it. Location is OK OK .

It's a nice place to stay . Very close to beach . There is nice beach facing cafe/restaurant called theevu plage nearby. Loved the ambience of the room ( four bed non ac) . If you are planning to visit Auroville and white town this place is almost the centre.

Wonderful experience. The owner is a really friendly guy and he made us wonderful barbecue at night. Just 10 steps from serenity beach, you can have a perfect stay close to beach here. It's pet friendly and service is on prompt. Really recommend this place.

Suitable for friends only..no privacy! Annoying talks at reception always..complimentary breakfast is bad!Room lighting is bad..No promise on security for girls if returning back late night..

My worst experience . Very disappointed. Insects and various other things in room . No room service no wifi. Had worst 3 days of my life . Will not recommend to anyone .

was given a non AC room... has bed bugs..no parking... shabby atmosphere...stained sheets... shabby bed.. mosquitoes... stay at your own risk...worst hotel ever award

Serenity beach closes at 6pm. Hotel rooms are dirty n unclean. Geyser didn't work n commode seemed in bad shape.
