Navarathna Comforts

I stayed at this hotel for one day(15-16 August 2024), and it was a very good experience overall. The service was excellent, and the staff were polite, helpful, and attentive to any requests I had. The rooms were well-equipped with all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. Both the room and the toilets were spotlessly clean, which added to the overall comfort. One minor drawback was that there was no hand wash in the bathroom. However, this didn't affect my stay much, as everything else was up to the mark. The hotel's location is also very convenient, being well within the vicinity of the city. All in all, it was a very nice and comfortable stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a good place to stay in the city.

The best homestay that you'll get in Madikeri. The hospitality, cleanliness, location - all are top notch. Just a couple of improvement areas - if shower gel and shampoo dispensers can be installed then that would be great. And the lift sound - if it can be turned off or lowered then it would be helpful as well because during night the sound can be a bit disturbing for the sleep.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect — from the clean and comfortable rooms to the excellent facilities. The support staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm hospitality truly made me feel at home. Restaurants, KFC, Pizza hut etc are just 7 minutes' walk. You will have easy access to stores. Staff are very good and helpful in guidance. overall amazing place to go, only concern is space. Excepted a little big room, but it was very much standard room. Don't know about other rooms. kindly check that. But the room was very much clean, new building.
