Worst experience !!! We came with family of 9 people and booked 4 rooms and waited at lobby for room keys for 30 mins. They allotted rooms and even 1 room is not good with complete facilities. We confronted manager and he said check all the available rooms and take whichever room you want.As we came with family, we searched entire floor and selected 4 rooms out of them which never happens anywhere .Every room has bad smell and most of the rooms have water & tap issues. AC is not working in 90% rooms . It's their basic responsibility to clean rooms and arrange facilities before check-in but we inspected every room here for our stay. Strange!!!

Hi All, This is information to whosoever have to stay in a hotel 🏨 at Hyderabad as per myself experience. This hotel maintenance is so awesome its really I was felt so happily ever stayed in that. Every facility is available in the room like a freezer, A/c, Dining tables, Super comfortable of TV, Hot water along with drinking mineral water and so convenient underground floor by the Restaurant. One more thing is well received by the Hotel management and staff... Thank you Naveen's Grand Management and Staff 🙏 😊😍

Complementary Breakfast was mentioned...but not provided by hotel,its really hurting, I showed them the recipe but they straight away told we will not provide,room boys are good but the management is not good ,if you can't provide something don't mention it,we paid ...for stay 1 day ,it's really hurting one sincere request don't hurt customers.

Nice place to stay, spacious rooms,excellent receiving by staff, room is sanitized, near to restaurants and theaters Nice place to stay, good response from staff, nice location, close to restaurants and cinema theatres, overall I liked this place
