Very Bad Experience. I booked 3 room 2 were given on the spot and 3rd room was promised after 2 hours. We went for Kashi Viswanath temple darshan and back to hotel in the evening. Then they gave us a different room and told that another guest checked in already. Hotel reception refused that they never promised us to give the room . Room was having mosquitos and smell badly. Toilets were not clean At all. When we complained that gentleman said you are free to leave the hotel. We have other guest who can check in. It was 9:00 Pm in the evening and we were having elderly people with us. Rude behavior of staff. No Basic amenities like TV was not recharged, even after requesting they did not make it, electric cattle, toiletries etc. I will never recommend this Hotel to anyone.

Worst hotel I have stayed till now in my trips. Very small room you will get in your AC room booking. Bedsheet Pillow cover was torn. There was no hanger no almirah. No toiletries provided. In simple way in very ordinary room just put on AC to show as Air Conditioner Room. Worst Experience...

relationship with customers is not good.i have ask to receptionist for remote of a.c. he is asking what you will do with remote. very bad experience.
