Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

Whenever I come to Jaipur, I stay in this hotel because cleanliness is taken care of here, the behavior of the staff is very good and the railway station and bus stop are at walking distance. There are many dhabas and hotels nearby so there is no problem of food। Rickshaw, bus and metro are easily available from here to all the tourist spots.

Hotel Neelam is a budget hotel. The rooms are clean, the washroom is clean, the receptionist's behavior is also good. The railway station, metro station and bus stand is on walking distance. There are many hotels, dhabas to eat nearby. Whenever I come to Jaipur, I stay here.

staff behavior is good. I arrived at hotel at 11:55 PM but they allowed checkin. hotel staffs are available 24 hr to serve you better. even at night hotel representative picked up my call and assist how to reach hotel.

Quite inside in the lane opposite to railway raiway station however,accessible easily by auto or 10 mind walk. Rooms are clean and friendly staff. Visited with family so can recommend for families short visit to Jaipur
