One of the best experiences ever.... The hotel staff is really helpful and courteous..... Hotel is completely safe for couples and girls.. The deluxe room has 24 hr hot water via in room geyser and there is an ac as well...It is the best hotel in a 5 mile radius... for the price... We asked them to store our bags for a few hours and charge us for it since room was not available on the next day and our stay was extended... They didn't charge anything! We bought them biscuits as a thank u for d sweet gesture... Will not consider any other hotel on next visit...

it's a small lodge but the customer service is really nice. we were just two girls and so were bit skeptical about the service and security when we reached the hotel but there was nothing to worry about at all. friendly and nice staff. small rooms but decently clean. all the provided facilities actually work! just that it's right in front of the matunga station so you get to hear the train honking, well, most of the time, that too if you are in a road facing room. overall a good one!

Hotel is good with small room. there 2 people can accommodate easily. but servicing was little poor. they have to provide morning breakfast and tea or coffee. but this facility nt there.
