    bohot ghatiya h service. mne jo book kiya vo mila hi nhi bola room khali nhi aap hamre dusre hotal me le to waha room mila bohot ghatiya or gijer not working m not happy with the service or us room

    ooph what dirty bedsheet and blanket and many time ask what no body reply. blanket are so dirty i think before this i have never seen like .poor service.....

    Blanket has already been changed at 9 pm, already room provided to guest (217) was a super deluxe room while booking was for a deluxe room. Also, guest told us only once about the same while coming back from the golden temple and directly posted such a fake review before discussing about the problem with the available receptionist. We can also attach the pictures of room which was provided to guest. Regards New SSR
