Newtons Manor

It's an old property, owned by the late Mr Newton. it's currently managed by the 2nd generation Newtons. It's a decent property, with a lot of antiques as decoration items. it's not really a hotel, more a homestay. The owners have converted part of the Manor to a homestay, 6 rooms to be precise. The problem with Manor is its service, the whole place is managed by just 2 pop, 1 for the kitchen and another for housekeeping. This makes service painfully slow, although to their credit, they do try their best. Washrooms could def have been better. The room on 1st floor corner (probably a master bedroom) is the best

6 stars would not be enough! The best HOME you can get in Jodhpur! Superb service, amazing hospitality, beautiful rooms! What else does one want! I am a frequent traveller and this is one of the best places i have stayed at!! P.S Just a caution, You may not be able to visit whole of Jodhpur just because you wouldn’t want to leave the hotel and go out!

Hotel was a very good example of a basic quality. Especially the cleanness of the rooms and hotel facilities impressed me. we request for a late check-out, it was approved also, even on a off season time, some hotel would not have approved it. The reception personnel were very helpful in advise on what to do in the city.

room is clean. bathroom is average.food is awesome.. 1 meal is sufficient for 2 people. the ambience is good. staff is helpful.
