It was an average stay. The property is located at a good location near the noida sector 15 metro station. The ambience is good but the price for the rooms are not worth it. At such a price, there is no mini refrigerator, no locker, no fan, no dental and shaving kit. The prices in the kitchen were over expensive and almost double of the MRP. Room AC was not working properly. As a couple it is safe to stay in this hotel, location is good, staff is decent and helpful.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a great time. The staff was friendly and I even got a free upgrade to a suite, which was really nice. The food was tasty and the place looks beautiful, although the rooms cost a bit more. It's in a good spot near the Sector 15 metro station, so getting around was easy. Overall, considering the cost, it was an average stay but the service, food, and location helped make up for it.

hot water not available, Air conditioner not cooling properly, called the team 3-4 times but nobody came to check and resolve the issue, washroom floor was having stains on it, dustbins in the washrooms were damaged and rusteddidn't expected this kind of services

Very good and courteous service. The reception went out of the way to help me with midnight checkin and make us comfortable and a complimentary upgrade. It's in the heart of the city centre, and easily accessible. Highly recommend.

1. Bed was not good..cracking sound 2. No shoe shiner 3. No bell boy.. no trolly to carry luggage 4. No backup power..you have wait till the generator switch on 5. No extra bed provided 6. Breakfast was good

Hotel is good but not worth 4 k per night,stayed for 22 days ,yet the staff was not cooperative and during night no room service at all No room service after 11 pm
