Nirvana inn

I wouldn't recommend this hotel either to Family or Business travellers for below reasons - Miscommunication - Owner Rohit has provided his contact no. on the app. Called him one day prior and asked for early check in. He confirmed that it's possible for a charge of INR 500 to which I agreed upon. When I reached there at about 4:30 in morning, gate was closed, guard was sleeping, had to scream my lungs out to get up them. They checked and said all rooms are booked and no early check in possible. They asked to call Rohit whose phone was switched off. Due to his miscommunication, I was left stranded in early morning with my family and kid. Later when enquired, I came to know that he rarely comes to the hotel. Assuming he might be a big businessman who's quite busy, better he could have provided the hotel's direct number or facility manager's number so that I could have got a fair communication and have had managed my accomodation. Safety - They have a centre table at reception. On top of it a glass piece is placed which is broken. My kid got her finger cut with this broken glass piece. When asked for the 1st Aid Kit, they simply denied that they don't have one. I believe a first aid kit in the hotels must be a part of compliance which is sheer negligence. Alternatively, they might have either removed the glass or could have taped it at least. Amenities - 1. They refill the bottles with RO water from their in house plant. Though not sure about the quality of its water (as I got diarrhea immediately after returning from there) but at least they could have used clean multi use glass/metal bottles. Currently they provide water in single use PET bottles of Aquafina/Bisleri etc. 2. Though mentioned over the app, they don't provide dental kit. We had to go out and buy one for us.

Hotel is good located in main area, well connected to all, room is good and spacious neat and clean, searvices are need improove, and also need some maintenance towards smell in room and general maintenance. otherwise okay to stay. value for money. Recommended

it was very good trip with Nirvana Inn, Staff, kitchen, Reception person very good behaviour and very polite. i will again check in with Nirvana Inn whenever I visited in Prayagraj.

Hotel is Good,interms of cleanness, room size area as well, but Food quality and quantity is not upto the mark, hence I will not recommend to anyone to stay hotel Nirvana in.
