We have booked e room and when we have reached the hotel, they have denied to allocate our room for us. They have given our room to someone else and asked us to cancel our booking & go away.

It was not good experience.They didn't even provide any blankets and towels.actvally that is not resort.That is kalayana mandapam just they made it resort in off session.

it is not a hotel at all. it's marriage function hall. rooms also marriage related rooms. this is worst service. pls refund my amount immediately.

Bathrooms condition very bsd. They are not provided even bed sheets. Once i asked for the same they provided bad smell bed sheets. Notworthy
