This hotel is not present good behaviour to customer when we reach at there. And service is very poor, because one bottle water is not provid after the chek in , all staff are drunk over night. My opinion...I can't prefer in future to this hotel.

Mosquitoes in the room and bathrooms not also in good condition, Water problem in midnight and also AC having fixed temperature no AC remote available ... Need to improve a lot ...

Paid for an AC room with all facilities. but my room didn't have a working AC, TV not working, Wifi not working. Receptionist person While I waited for 3 hours for my room, he almost behaved with every other customer

I've booked this room for 1 day... The interior was good. There was no TV in the room and bedsheet was dirty. Overall experience was ok.

Very dirty hotel how I spent two days only we know. It is so dirty that by looking at it one feels like sleeping on the road. There was no blanket cover and no washed bed sheet. service, cleaning, behavior.

The worse. A hotel everything thing is available but not maintained and in a wrong had.They gave a room which was not worth 200.They denied pre-booked Breakfast Lunch Dinner

Room and washroom were so dirty. there were lot of cockroaches. Bed sheet was not clean. They provide me wet towel. There was no Cable connection in TV. Geyser was not working. Overall I am not satisfied with the services.

Good Hotel with friendly staff. Close to Kuchery Chowk. Nice and clean room with average price and zero outside sound makes it more attractive.
