Hotel O BD Palace

this was a total bummer. i booked this hotel and reached there, so to my surprise their hotel is not this one but a different name. it took 1 hour to get it resolved. we got the room finally and there was no person to show the room or to even unlock the room and check for basic things. no toiletries or towel or tissue paper were there, called the reception 4 times for this issue. water problem, washroom dirty, didnt had their kitchen but asked not to order anything from outside. ordered a light snack and after 3 hours they served. bedsheet dirty, no water bottle given charged 30rs for one bottle. for breakfast order was done at 9am and at 11am the guy came and said their cylinder is over so they cant do anything. didnt even bothered to serve tea or coffee. during checkout asked to pay for 4 water bottles and when asked and questioned their service, guy said you will have to pay for the bottle. totally disappointed, never ever go to this hotel even if this is the last option left.

Checked in hotel in evening 5:30 PM. All of sudden manager came around 8 Pm and told us to leave the room since they are not able to assign room in their app. Later raised concern in goobibo and problem resolved. Very bad experience. Breakfast plan was taken but not provided by hotel. No restaurent or kitchen services in hotel

Worst hotel ever i'm requesting everyone please never ever visit this hotel worst worst worst hotel i have ever seen please never book this hotel never ever rude staff and there was one small snake in the bathroom i was like wht the hell is tht please don't book this

The property is in the name of BD palace . The people there are so rude to customer. The worst room provided to us. The bedsheet was not washed after previous guest use and was also torn.
