Unprofessional and unsafe. There's issue with the locks. The locks of different rooms can be opened by the key of one room which a customer has. Hotel Manager/Owner refused to take accountability and started screaming. That means any person staying in the Hotel can open your room when you're not there. There's safety and privacy issues with the hotel along with the unprofessional behaviour of the staff.

Highly recommend for families! This hotel was ideal for our family vacation. The kids loved the organized activities and kids' club, while we enjoyed relaxing in the spacious room. The breakfast buffet had everything we could have wanted, and the staff was so accommodating. We'll be back!
