Really pathetic to reveal about worst services provided by the concerned hotel situated in Lucknow city.After reaching there we checked in approx.12o clock PM after completing confirmation of room and other proceedings we were alloted room wherein I entered in washroom to take bathwater was not coming out from any taps. After taking gruesome efforts we were allowed other room there also we faced power issue whether it's about ac and normal fan, therefore, I got worst services by concerned

A/C room was booked by me as shown on app. They provided me with non Ac room. As only 2 rooms is equipped with AC which they are directly booking offline taking more amount.Beds are laminated with cheap plastic so you can expect the amount of comfort. They were Giving excuse that no ac room is available. Rooms are noisy as it is close to highway. No mosquito repellent provided. So overall pathetic experience.

Only good thing is that rooms are ok other was unprofessional staff and services. They denied for complimentary Breakfast which was added in my package.Overall not bad for stay in emergency.

Very poor condition. They will show AC room but they don't have any AC. very difficult to stay. Really very poor condition
