We were offered bad rooms at first and then after making it a point our rooms were changed. Who would stay in a room without a key, pool of water flooding on the bathroom floor. Pretty much had to ask for everything. I understand It was cheap accommodation but still a basic things; like ‘door lock’ & soap to wash hands should be there.

Efficient, friendly staff. Room was very clean and bed comfortable. Room service was very quick. Everything, the staff were very friendly, helpful & attentive, the hotel is nice & comfortable & a short ride from Airport. overall nice stay near IGI airport. Everything was ok.

This hotel is closed now for travellors. How GOIBIBO is giving booking I dont know. A hectic harrassment was there when I went to the hotel. The hotel is closed and no one is there to inform anything.

hotel is good but behaviour of hotel staff is very bad, 1st he said that he would not accept online booking, after a long argument they accepted but told that room is not ready, wait for 30 min...

ONE OF THE DIRTIEST HOTELS. HOTEL MANAGER WAS STILL ASKING FOR PAYMENT EVEN AFTER SEEING THE PAYMENT RECEIPT FROM ****. ASKED FOR CLEAN BEDSHEET WHICH WAS NEVER GIVEN. IN SHORT PATHETIC

I stayed in the hotel for only five hours. The Hotel staff id good. But amenities is not upto mark. AC was noisy. However location is good.

Very badly maintained. Stinky rooms toilets.AC noise is loud speaker.Bedsheet very dirty.Never prefer to stay.
