CONS 1.VERY DIFFICULT to find the location. Even gps couldn't pick up the location. No boards outside the property. Even the neighbors/guards did not know of any **** in the same society. 2. The phone number provided by the hotel is not active. 3. the society gate no.2 which is closest to the **** closes by 11 and nobody informed us about it while we were leaving the property at 10 for dinner and it was extremely problematic for us to find which society gate will be open and the way back to the hotel from there at 2 in the morning. PROS 1. Safe for girls. 2. Only 1 guy named Prakash managing everything there, he's cooperative, helpful and sweet. 3.Room was spacious and clean.

Unhygienic dirty tv had only free channel staff is so rude arrogant and said ratings doesn't have any value for them . Receptionist Alam said they don't care about rating . Food was too expensive . hotel is 3rd class and prices are like 5 star hotel . Don't book this hotel .Rooms don't have cupboards also seems like a pg is converted into hotel . Everyone was too rude staff behaviour was like they don't value customers .

The services and the facilities was according to my expectations. Not to mention the staff behavior was also good. But there was no food option available in the property. Had to order food from outside. The property is very inside form the main road but online facility is easily available from the doorstep.

The room was really good,but had trouble to find the location of hotel,as there was no display of the hotel name outside,there was no reception,but staff was extremely polite,need to buy your food from outside or through online..but stay was nice.2 mins walk from hauz khas metro

They need to install basic furniture in the rooms. Set top box was lying on the floor, no tables to keep your belongings, no chair to sit. Sepage on the walls, no room heater etc. Also, one has to go upstairs to get drinking water. Overall needs major improvements

when I reach property than I came to know there is no any booking came with hotel....later on hotel manager also said that he can't accept my booking on such lower amount so one should consider this issue before booking hotel at low price

location was really hard to find...but near to metro station....room was clean but there was no side table, cupboard or any other luggage rack...so faced but difficulty... other wise..it's ok.. stay

Very poor cleanness, Food price is very high, eat outside if possible . Price is as per 5star hotel . Food is also not good. Behavior of staff is not good too and non-cooperative.

Property does not exist at the indicated location. The phone line is not working and unresponsive. Nearby people don't have an idea about the said stay. It seems to be Fraud.

Staff behavior, amenities and services were good, but there was problem of getting hot water. Location was great. There was dining area. There was no complimentary services.
