I would give only 5 out of 10 as there were some issues like the MCB of the geyser is always down and will be on only after the request from the guest.Water was not coming in one room and one had to wait for 15 minutes for motor to start and the air bubble in the pipeline to go before the water could start flowing from our bathroom taps.Towels were clean , size of the room was o.k. , staff was polite and helpful. The condition of the room was really poor. There was no proper ventilation and the lights and charging points weren't working. Only 1 dim light was working. For 3 guests room, only 1 towel and 1 soap were provided. The issue was not resolved even after repeated requests. Additionally the location of the hotel is incorrectly mentioned on Google maps leading to a lot of inconvenience.

pros: deluxe a.c. rooms are spacious. location around 1 km from Taj room boys are good and ready to serve. cons: rooms are bit dirty. cleaned after intimation. bed sheets and pillows are smelling. service proficiency is average. bath room amenities are very old and no hot water. served on request. water is salty. ok for one night stay.

I stayed in that hotel and its was best stay. Hotel people are very collaborate and very helpful. Regarding food its was delicious and hygienic. Hotel is located on a pleasant location . There was a comfortable check in and check out. Nice accommodation and hospitality was there. Regarding cleanliness its a very neat and clean.

Rooms are very old. Salty Water in the toilet and Towels are chargeable in the name of covid unlike any other hotels. And provides the Water bottles during check in but its chargeable at check out even though mineral water is included in the package. Not recommended at all.

Very good hotel at fatehabad road. The food service & quality is awesome The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful . Overall the hotel gayatri palace is good. Also I thank to goibibo.com they recommended to me this hotel.

Hotel is very near to the Taj Mahel.Service is also good but the quality of Mettress was very poor. They have there own restro but there is nothing to eat. There are some beautiful restro near to The Hotel Gayatri Palace .
