5/5 for hotel, -4/5 for reception I gotBecause of an emergency had to book in this hotel (due to non-availability of rooms in other hotels in the location ) with wife and sister..the guy named Gopi denied to give room to us stating they can't allow 2 female and male ..I said I can show the proof of marriage certificate..but he denied to give room..even then I asked him to give another room but he said rooms aren't available to me but to another guy he said there are many vacant rooms..he said you didn't book room from mehe was shouting when I am asking something without even listening properly and when we started giving him answer he kept on telling to his manager that we are illiterate and causing nuisance.when you are in hospitality sector you must know how to behave with customers.

Clean AC room. Hotel Name Board was 'Atlas Stays' & Not the 'Hotel O Hillside'. So difficult to identify hotel at first instance, although the location is exact. For drinking water you have to buy from outside. No towel/soap facility. Owner behaviour is nice.
