mattress was not provided to us as we booked room for 3 Guest. bathroom was also not clean. bedsheet and duvet cover were also not clean it were already used and they didn't changed it. if you are bachelor then it's ok for you to stay in this kind of property or else no.

big no for family. rooms were not clean, no room service, no hot water, open parking, covered one didn't have light and was a common parking and the staff said there is cctv so it is safe. only positive i found was the location rest was a forgettable experience.

best budget hotel. pickup & drop facility is complementary from hotel to banganga for visitors who go for vaishno Devi darshan. neet & clean rooms. staff with good behaviour. location is so good.

used pillow cover and bedsheets were provided and room was not cleaned.. the rooms are up to mark but the issue is cleanness

it's a building type property like 2BHK & 3 BHK Flats. Staff was supportive. Hot running water was available.
