The first thing is the location is horrible, the hotel is standing in a swamp. just beside the main road, but both sides of the road are full of garbage n mud. you have to walk through the mud to reach the hotel, they didn't even fix their driveway, u have to park on road. It's standing in between garbage. now the hotel, dirtiest bathroom I have seen in my entire life, I bet they have not cleaned it for years, when asked to clean, they didn't clean it at all. just came n threw some phenyl on the floor on the thick layer of dirt. no ventilation in the room, no windows, won't see sun or sunlight throughout the stay. a broken toilet, water dripping from everywhere. the fan makes a terrible noise. there's a bar downstairs, they make loud noise till 10- 10:30 pm. so if you are visiting for work purposes or for exams( there is one exam center nearby that's why we booked the place), u won't be able to focus at all and the area is full of drunk people. overall. l booked for two days and pre paid for the same, but had to get out right after spending one night in there. most horrible experience of my entire life.

2.5/5 starsI'll talk about why i deducted 2 stars. Although i wish i could rate it 2.5 starsCons1. - the locality. Its a bit secluded, one has to walk for around 1km or so to get into an area where one can find basic amenities and basic requirements.2. - no outside food allowed. What if i wanted to have a pizza. They don't have that in their menu. So i have to adjust to that.3. Room size is pretty small as compared to any other place. For 1500-2000 range the 3x deluxe room is small.4. No toiletries Just a soap.5. No extension of stay. If u stay for even some time after your checkout time, you have to pay the full amount of one more day. 6. I had to pay for a convenience fees of 80/- for two days although I had my invoice and entire amount paid. Since i had no other option as we were a couple, i had to give in. Didn't want any trouble as it was a unknown location for us. Pros- The entire process of entry and exit was smooth. - The staff are well behaved.- Food was oily yet tasty. Prices are ok or just a bit above ok.- They allow couples with proper documentation
