average rating because of some reasons like staff was supporting but not responsive as told them to recharge set top box they I'll do but they didn't and there was AC it's working but not chilling, door lock was too hard to lock that was the negative things i noticed but some positive things was- easy check-in, comfortable bed clean room and clean bathroom, hotel was also clean there was restaurant and bar also.

very bad behavior of the staff including manager my guest were not allowed to meet me in my room even I can't get outside food in my room rooms are too small just the outer look of the hotel is good I had booked it for 3days but have to leave it within 24 hours don't book it not good for even one star

Wrost experience from this hotel. In morning I have to leave early and they said that we allow guest to leave only after 6:30 am. even no one was there at reception . I shouted for 15 minutes and then guard came. . I recommend not to book this hotel in interest of one's safety.
