My experience here is as follows – 1. It’s not a hotel but a MARRIAGE HOME 2. Dirty bed sheet, water jug and dust bin. 3. Room had a phone but it was not working. So I had to roam around the hotel premise to (try to) catch hold of room service; in 5 attempts I got luck just once. Moreover, room service guy had attitude problem; he was behaving as if he was the Gram-Pradhaan. 5. Water jet in toilet had almost no pressure and water was discharging drop-by-drop. 6. Actual Name of this Hotel is Hotel Prayagra oyo 13097.There was no hotel named Lukerganj Holidays.Manager s Behaviour is so Good and Supportive , Location near Khusro bagh and Railway station .But Subordinate staff's Behavior is not Professional.One Man Denied to Check in when i have reached at door then i call Manager ,Then they Give us Room.Marriage Function also organise there.Room size and Bathroom size is big But some Lack of Cleanliness.Overall Average Experience.

It is a Function hall, and it is not suitable as Hotel, but Room is very Big and other facilities are not up to the mark and Bathroom is not maintained well. from outside it looks very good. Morning Tea & coffee ☕ is not available.

It is not a hotel. It is a marriage hall. I have been trying to contact the property for 2 days in advance 3 times to inform them that in case the train is late to keep my reservation. They replied that I have no any reservation.When I reported at hotel on 26th they avoided by saying that there is no vacancy. When I showed the booking details they kept me waiting for 3 hours outside in the cold.Afterwords they sent me to a dirty room in nearby hotel. Even the transport has to be paid by me.

They never given us rooms but the whole amount they have received already from us . We reached at the hotel for check in and they said they don't have rooms and all booked They are cheater at all
