It was a hazardous experience with Hotel Manoj. After reaching at property hotel staff denied giving me on the rates on which I've booked the hotel and even hoteliers demanded me extra cost to get the room. Eventually after having a trouble of 2 hrs I got the resolution from you customer care executive Pallawi. Don't you please try to empathize me for this, please try to resolve this problem for future references and try not to offer trouble to your customers, I believe this must be happening with others also. staff/manager behavior was very very bad... terrific/wrost hotel... not good for stay... i suggest don't book this hotel... they firstly said ples cancel the booking and paid cash as same amount and they firstly give double savor room after contact to customer service they give classic room... and arguing for booking.... very bad experience

the behavior of staff was good but there was an issue with cleaning. wash room was not properly cleaned and tap water also very slow bed sheets were also not fresh .

manger ka telling they will provide attached bathroom room as soon it will be available. now they are telling no room is available till morning. very bad service 😔
