Room was not clean. .. floor are dirty and bed sheet having stains and smell occurs in room. lift are not working. Hotel was 4th floor on building. room are too much congested . foul smell occur in the room and spillage on the walls. linens are not properly clean. lift are not working. hotel staff are misbehaving. I have too much trouble in ups and down on the stairs. I have totally loss of money and time. I have change the hotel and book new hotel. totally wastage money and time.
