Hotel O New Rock

The very disappointed booking experience. Around 11 Pm I have reached Hotel, a Good hotel facade and atmosphere, That's it!! Nothing else meet up. It took 15 minutes to find out the receptionist, He was sleeping down the restaurant area. I make him wake up and showed my booking details but he was not trusting about the booking confirmation and called someone else called "ANNA". The ANNA received the call and asked about the payment mode and amount I have paid. After that, he took me to the room after collecting my address proof. The room was clean and tidy. After entering washroom I have realized No water in the bathroom, No mineral water to drink, No Shampoo or soap. No way to refresh. Finally, I slept even not washing my face. Morning 6 AM: I wake up and realize no Geyser in the bathroom, No Shower. They are in the 1980s era because I found a Bucket and Jug to take bath. I called the room boy to check the Hot water according to him Hot water will be provided 7 to 8 AM, (That means they won't let you take Hot water bath twice per Booking) I had meeting morning 9 AM in Hassan so I took a chilled water bath and vacate the room. The same day eve. I have started getting a call from the same hotel reception mysteriously, he was so tensed and started to scream that amount I paid did not credit to his "ANNA"s account so I have to pay that once again if not he has to pay from his pocket. (Once again rocking!!) It was kind of harassment and finally, I have switched off my Mobile.

The rooms are spacious. Side of the high way. Have a very good restaurant. Suitable for family. But I had lots of bad experiences. 1.) I reached the hotel by 4 PM. No one was there at the reception area. Two phone numbers were written on the reception area to call. But no one answered the calls. I found a person sleeping on the other side of the corridor. I tried to wake him. But he not waken up. After 30 minutes, another person came and he tried around 15 minutes to wake that man. Then the so called receptionist waken up from sleep and allotted the room. It took a total of 1 hour for me to wait. 2.) The internet, air conditioner and TV was listed under available features during booking. But the receptionist denied me all of these...... But unfortunately they had alternative options at 50 KM from this hotel. So I stayed here. As a business traveller, the location and restaurant are good for me. But the WiFi unavailability was a huge drawback for me as I need to work.

Hotel in main road good location. Parking facility is good . rooms are very clean, hotel include restaurant.food quality is super... we want tv 100 Rs extra. 🤫🤫🤭 parking facility good . food quality nice , rooms are clean,

rooms are clean, bathroom is clean, bathroom spacious. Hot water in the morning. only one minor thing, though it was double room only one towel was given. not reducing a star for that.
