This property is not a hotel. We called the number at 11 am and asked for the address, reached there at 12ish and for 4 hrs there was no water. Even after several requests, the manager and the owner did not listen to our problem. What is a person supposed to do when he has traveled 13 hrs for a piece of mind and he doesnt get water for washroom and bathing. This was the worst experience ever. Moreover, the owner told that he had no knowledge about the booking. My whole trip went for a toss and was forced to stay in Shimla which I never wanted.

They did not provide us the rooms in pictures. And made us stay away from the property in another homestay. They give very limited bad quality breakfast and there was no professionalism. Location not appropriate. Won’t recommend.

Rooms were ok...there was no room heaters... washbasin was leaking... service was not good at all...food quality was not good. ...they have added incorrect billing as well...not recommend for next stay

Pathetic service. room was up to mark Dirty towel.no any option available on food.even they don't know the means of breakfast.
