one of the worst hotel that i have ever stayed in. first they denied me entry and i was left stranded at 10:30 in the night in an unknown city, reason - their gates close after 10. the washrooms were very dirty with no water in the flush. bed was not clean. no dustbin. staff was unhygienic. stay anywhere else in seraikella but never in harihar o premium, it will spoil your trip.

Hotel is good for young mass and not for senior citizens. Only room is comparatively OK. The toilet and bathroom facilities one has to cross through foyer. No parking facilities. No tea or food facilities. Old housekeeper is good to help on some matters. No TV facilities/not working. We both being + 70 years, struggled to manage.
