Reception staff was causal, they have provided me the where Ac and tv was not working, dirty room after several reminder the have changed my room. Reception staff was giving silly excuses current in Fluctuating, if electricity will cut than Ac and tv will not work. wrost experience I have faced in this hotel. I suggest to customers kindly don't book this hotel.

worst hotel to stay in Bokaro. Ac not working, rooms are not properly maintained, worst color, even AC don't have any remote. Horrible situation.No restaurant in hotel.Moreover costly. Pls don't book this hotel.

room bahut hi gandha tha aur kambal se badbu aata tha double bed bol ke single bed de diya bathroom ka gate aur nal bhi kharab tha nal se pani bhi nhi aata hai

hotel rooms were messed.seepage on the walls, flush wasn't working,unhygienic.what was good was staffs behaviour..they were polite

Walls are having fungus all over, doesn't feels fresh inside rooms, washroom is pathetic. They need to maintain more hygiene.
