Location of the hotel is excellent, very close to Bankura Jn. railway station, behaviour of hotel's staffs were awesome, being a regular traveller I find this hotel stay an awesome experience. Have to mention this- You will find most kind hearted, honest, helpful and well behaved people in Bankura which you can't find in other districts of West Bengal.

there are no service, no way to communication with hotel staff, tea is complementary, bathroom is in pathetic condition. not in market area. TV not working condition. just only an AC room
