Pros: Very Near to the bus stop, metro and OMNI hospital. The wifi, lift facility, RO water dispensers, AC were there. Cons: Dirty walls, nasty blanket, damaged spring mattress, uncleaned floor, stinky bathroom, stained bedsheet and towel, room service was there only to provide a paid water bottle and buffet plates. TV was never working. washbasin tap was never working. Not suitable for families, business clientile. Pathetic it was.

The room was not maintained at all. There was no mirror in room, not even in the bathroom. I had encountered bed bugs and when asked for the pest spray they did not have it. There were stains everywhere on the bedsheet. Horrible maintainance. There was leakage everywhere in the bathroom. Pathetic experience in terms of stay.

1.The room was filled with little cockroaches 2.Used linens was given replied no stock 3. AC failure water was gushing out from indoor unit. 4. For early check in Rs.500/- taken . 5.How could you suggest the hotel to book the cockroaches were coming on our body while sleeping.

it's a nice, price worth, reasonable Hotel at this pandemic time. Ac & television are working. humble staff with prime location. spacious & nice room. room service available, not felt bad & no thought about this is pandemic time. felt very comfortable.

Nice place to stay , very near to kothapet market and omni hospital. walkable from chaitnyapuri metro station . room are species neat and clean, staffs behaviour also very good wifi speed is superb
