The rooms were clean and good, the staff behavior was good but the only problem was the owner, he was very rude to us from the beginning and treated us as he was doing us a favor (ahsaan kar raha tha, in hindi). He did upgrade the room, but the overall behavior was very rude and disrespectful. Kudos, to the staff for good treatment. Also, the TV wasn't working in the room, there was no dish connection and we weren't given any towel and we got one small soap and a small bottle of shampoo for 3 people, for 2 days of stay, which obviously is unjustified. As a family, the overall experience was average, we've had better experience before at the same price, so not the best experience.

It's a horrible experience, cockroaches, beer caps, dirty dustbin and flies. I won't suggest this place to anyone for a family. Not hygienic , no room service atleast management not even bothered about customer health. I am really pissed off staying here

the owner of the hotel is very rude, unprofesional. doesnt seems to have the basic odesity to talk with guest. basuc amenities not provided and not in proper function. i would sureky not recomend it to anyone.

worst policies .. they didn't allowed the visitor during the prime hours friend of mine visited the hotel for couple of hours they charged Rs.500/- extra they didn't mentioned in terms and conditions.
