I manage to book the Diamond Paradise hotel which which was very far from my actual destination as the price was comparably cheaper. I booked the hotel for two adults, but I wanted to add an extra adult to the same room. the hotel guy offered me an extra bed for a cheaper price with breakfast. we checked in and found out that the hotel room was not clean. there was a bad smell in the room, untidy pillows and towels. We requested 4 times in the night to get an extra pillow. And also the male receptionist's behaviour was not good. Their responses are very bad too. bad experience from the hotel . Thanks.

We had booked 3 rooms (6 friends). Breakfast was very poor and we have to pay for it even after booking complimentary breakfast. Once we called them to give us water bottle. He told that who will come to give one water bottle to 2nd floor (our room was on 2nd floor). Overall the worst experience

it's worst experience staying this hotel.They doesn't know the manner how to talk with the guest . moreover the room are not properly cleaned and washroom are utterly horrible. hotel providing torned bedsheets and blanket totally disappointed with the service,Ac is not working.

Room was very horrible. I dnt know what the staff problem is. They were very rude. At the end they irritated us to give them review. They called us numerous times. I didn't give them review then but now i am giving it properly. They dont even deserve one star. Never go to here.

Worst stay ever. Will happily take away stars if allowed. Shady hotel. Service is pathetic. The room wasn't ready even after booking it weeks back. Pathetic. Would never go. Pay a little more and live in a better place rather than this.
