First of all the reception was terrible. He was rude and unwelcoming. He asked me how much I paid for the room which he can check in his system and then he asked Rs 200 but I did not pay. At one point he also said the hotel is full , it didn't make sense for me. Finally, I got a room on the third floor and tried opened the door, I was shocked when someone opened the door. I told him I booked this room and he told me take the room saying he didn't sleep in the room. It seemed he didn't, he was playing his phone. But he was smelly and had put on dirty clothes. It was already 12:30 so I didn't argue much with reception. This guy seemed work at this awful hotel. Additionally, it was very noisy coz pf the traffic outside. I mostly spend time without lying on the bed. It was dirty (see the attached image). No toilet paper, towel, shower jel .. etc. This hotel is absolutely hell. Just stay away from this hotel.

They charged 530 extra at the time of check-in. staff guaranteed that they will initiate a return as soo as we check out but they tricked us into paying 530 extra and denied the refund late. absolutely disappointed.

worst service. receptionist was very rude and room was not clean and no amenities provided as shown and when we asked he misbehaved with me.. very bad hotel. please don't visit.. waste of money

shady hotel with different types of guests. found bed bugs. water just clogged in the bathroom. the door latch hole was broken. they didn't care.
