1. Staff is very very nice and polite. 2. Fantastic Lunch and Dinner. 3. Complimentary breakfast means only paratha and sandwich. Rest all chargeable - would advise to keep basic food items like eggs, Maggi, poha etc in stock so that same can be served on demand. 4. Evening tea was unfortunately not hot and bread was stale. 5. Recd full support on late night arrival. 6. Kindly check the lock of room no 107 before checking in.owner was reluctant to get it repaired. I changed my room on request. 7. Rooms at 2nd floor are fantastic with open space to sit. Clean rooms. 8. 6 kms far from main Shimla and one have to go through several steep slopes to reach here.u can test ur driving skills. 9. no restaurants near by and limited stuff in the kitchen of hotel 10. This is a home converted to 🏨. Basically you'll stay at home

Who are reading my review, i suggest them book this hotel without a doubt ,i stayed in January with my family,this i the safest for family near to mall road,if u want to go kufri u have very short root,i booked 15days ago,that time rates were less but my staying date rates r very high but Mr ,sukrant and staff Mr anil,Mr Vicky very welcoming and respectfully towards guests.u feel like family ,food was great, pls ignore negative comments,I stayed three days with my family ,not a single issue faced .mr sukrant and staff arrange any tour package for you.no parking issue,a very positive thing that buses for shimla,mall road arrive front of hotel so u don't have to drive through car for mall road. at last I suggest everyone this hotel blindly.best wishes for mr sukrant and staff for our tour making great.

I stayed here with family for 6 good days and I was given the balcony room on the rooftop. Well, a BIG thank you to the staff. They are extremely courteous and helpful. The hotel is quite close to the bus stand from where you can catch a bus for ISBT or mall road very easily. Location wise it's quite comfortable. A few points which might turn you off can be that when I reached the hotel the bedsheet wasn't clean but the staff changed it as soon as I complained and they don't have anything but a set menu for lunch and dinner so if you are looking for 'ghar ka khana' then this is the place to go for! I had a good stay here. Will come back! Oh yes, the view from the room was epic so definitely worth the money.
