firstly i was denied checkin, then after he let me in. i confirmed with him if i have to pay extra and he denied then he asked GST amount later which i paid digitally. then he gave me such a room full of lizards and broken toilet seat. no toilet was given despite it was told over the call and written in amenities too. overall worst experience.

Hotel Etna kuch thik nahi tha bathroom me Water bilkul nahi rahta tha bar bar reception ko pani ke liye call krna padta tha kam se kam 30 min. Bathroom me bina pani ke rukna padta tha. Bohot pareshani hui aajtak yesa nahi dekha. Service ka to namo nishan bhi nahi hai.

It was not properly cleaned. Amenities were not provided even drinking water was not good. They don't even provided keys of door and just give their old lock and was worst experience.You can better got at Hotel Vachi Inn or Hotel Blue Heaven or Hotel Maharani Prime
