Needed to attend a National Sport event at Gachibowli stadium along with my daughter and zeroed on to this property which was about 2km away. However the person at front desk on seeing outrightly said that for this low rate the room would not be available. When I started making calls he immediately reversed his stance & gave me the room keys. Room was new and clean. However hot water geyser was not working & wifi password pasted was incorrect. Oh and front desk staff have been given a PC with net connectivity and you can see them visiting sites like yts.mx & youtube and all the time watching movies , songs etc. If you are willing to turn a blind eye to such acts of the staff there, hey you might just enjoy your stay.

property is newly constructed but it's 2bhk's so the entrance is shared with another person you don't know.The rules by the owner gives the feeling of Hostel rather then Hotel . eg. " Visitors not allowed" " no smoking no drinking".lastly the location is in interior of residential area with no boards and banner. and the building name is different and not Quila homes.

rooms are good but receptionist was so rude at us. he created a scene. we got 2 rooms at lesser cost on offer. he rejected to give 2 rooms though our booking was confirmed nd not allowing 3 of us to stay in one room. we are 3 ( father, myself nd brother). he was also telling we don't provide rooms on our compulsion, he called his owner nd at last we got our rooms

It was horrifying to stay at Qualia Homes.The reception staff took an hour to confirm my stay at the hotel and he was demanding Rs.500 extra per day, therefore needed to pay extra money.No service staff will take care of cleanliness and other services. One has to go to get the waters to itself. it was a complete nightmare for me and my family.

they had taken extra charges. No WiFi even didn't provided breakfast. for which we had paid extra. Worst too arrgonet. if you want to stay pay balance amount or you can go now.

it was a good stay, the room was clean but the bed sheet had some old stains. housekeeping comes for once every two days for cleaning. overall budget friendly hotel

This hotel chrged another Rs.200.00 and also denied breakfast for which i had paid. Also denied to provide their bill. Worst experience. Very bad.
