they are asked me to give 500 rs ,when i refused to pay money they denied to give room because they are not getting profit from booking .after arguments they told that they will give non ac room and i refused to take non ac room and after a very big fight they given one ac room after waiting for half an hour,that also some smell inside the room.the behaviour of staff and manager was very arrogant.

very worst exp. at the time of check in property manager asked for extra charges . have to wait for almost 1 hour in night for checkin ... same was happn to one more person and ultimately we have to sort out matter ... if we have -ve rating will give -10 paints and will suggest don't ever book this hotel.

hotel staff cheated my parents , and gave them a non AC room, where I booked for them a AC room instead, how disgusting is there actions when I called them and asked is it correct doing like this , please return back my money
