worst experience ever. i booked the room for 2 days from 20 to 21 jan. i reached hotel around 5 pm as i have gone for a medical treatment, but when i reach there the manager said i did not check in exactly at 12 pm so my room was given to someone else and if i wanted that room i had to wait for 2 hours and if i need the room right away then pay 600 more than what i had already paid for. i was so tired as lot of blood was taken for the tests. i requested him not to do so n have some mercy but he kept on saying i shouldn’t have booked online and would have directly come to the hotel. so i had no option but to pay extra without my fault even after i had made all the payments in advance. worst place and you guys also don’t give us these bloody options for hotels who doesn’t know how to welcome a guest. what’s the use of paying the entire amount and booking the room for 2 days. whether i come or not that room belonged to me for 2 days but he said it doesn’t work that way n i had to check in exactly at 12 pm.. wow amazing

This is a scam. They say we dont see your booking and then they make you wait and say sorry its not available unless you pay double to what you already paid. Beware!
