Hotel O Stayz

Our stay at the hotel was exceptionally disappointing, especially considering that we are three girls who had booked a deluxe room for three adults. To our dismay, we were given congested room with just one bed. The receptionist's response to our concerns was not only rude but also unhelpful, as he refused to provide an alternative room and disclaimed any responsibility. The room lacked basic amenities, and we had to repeatedly approach the reception for essentials like toiletries, towels, and a wastebin. The cleanliness of the bathroom was subpar, making our stay even more challenging. And also the water coming from the pipes had noticeable black particles. This raised serious concerns about the hygiene and safety of the water supply within the hotel. As female students visiting for educational purposes, this experience was not only uncomfortable but also unsuitable for our needs and expectations. As students traveling from a distant location, our expectations for a comfortable stay were met with disappointment. The hotel provided an exceptionally cheap experience, from the cramped and inadequately equipped room to the unclean bathroom and the issue with black particles in the water. This substandard experience has left us deeply dissatisfied, especially considering the purpose of our visit for educational reasons.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. Bedcovers, pillow covers and blankets were completely untidy. This the first time I see a bathroom without a ventilation. The entire room was stinking because of that. And when we asked the receptionist about these, he is literally telling us that this is a peak weekend and you will not get any another room in this city. I had no other option as it was late night. Next morning we had to book another hotel room just for getting ready because of the unclean and stinking bathroom.

Fraud Staff. Unsafe for family Very bad experience. worst hotel i stayed ever in my life. pathetic condition. Staff are very rude behavior. asking extra money for the room. Not recommended.

good and economical place. no drinking water provided. no breakfast provided even when we paid though the money is refunded thanks to gotribe membership
