the hotel and the staff was very good and humble and its was really a good experince in this hotel located at center of the city and everything is nearby hotel shops malls theatre wine shop cricket stadium railway station restaurant everything is in walking distance and price of the hotel is also low so for me its very good and very nice and the hotel staff are also very good all are very help and if you do early check inn then you have to pay extra for that overall its very nice place room is very clean tv bed bathroom also is good and fine.

The hotel canceled my booking, they said the hotel was already full, but I had received a confirmation booking mail. I had a very bad experience with customer service.

room size is too small not convenient, cleaning is ok, staff nature is good and good location but after all guest stay in room that is very small.
