Have stayed this hotel earlier when was run by other group. Rooms good n service n food good. This time booked with breakfast and hotel under new management was extremely unhappy with management. Very bad check in style.No towels in room in morning when demanded breakfast they refused saying no Kitchen available and claim refund. the manager behaviour very arrogant and unprofessional. Looks no respect for guest. will definitely not visit again and not recommend to anyone. request for my breakfast amount refund.

They say that facilities such as drinking water are included but they charge a single bottle of water Check in experience is bad they make you wait even if you have booked it. The person who is going to book offline gets the preference, And I just checked in and I received the call sir aap kab checkout karoge very unprofessional.

Very bad experience i will never suggest this hotel, we booked hotel and when we reached the hotel manager told us that hotel is full and no room is available and they said us to wait for 2 hours and also staff was very rude and hygine was not maintained and there was very pungent smell came from everywhere in hotel

The worst service i have ever seen they charger for small small things...room was not proper...switch board was break...light was not working properly ...tv was not working.... cockroach was there in the room after cleaning also....the manager was doing argument on all the small small things...

Although bed was clean, room had a damp smell and was a bit small. The washroom was not clean. Water bottle is chargeable. The towels given were torn and almost at the verge of being discarded. Wifi network was poor - Slow Wifi - Chargeable water - Dirty washrooms - Location is not good

The hotel stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful, the location was very convenient for getting around and many activities. If we were to travel to again, we would definitely stay there again!

Cleaniless is Pathetic. For single person never book this hotel because despite other good rooms remain vacant, but they dont give proper rooms for single person !! They charge equivalent to 2 persons but pathetic system...

neat and clean rooms. staff was friendly, located near station. price also good. bathrooms clean, couple-friendly rooms. all hotel services is good. receptionist also calm andvery helpful. they also guide some places to roam

No facility for food and water. Take your own. No nearby shops for eatables. They don't clean even toilets even after repeated requests.
