Hotel O Surya Inn

Very bad experience... It is written that they will allow early check-in but i have waited one hour early cold morning 5 am and hotel is locked contact no. Of hotel is also not reachable and the person who is at hotel misbehaving with me and asking for money while i have made payment and then he said room will be available at 11 am there is no room vacant right now........ What is this nonsense i have never seen this in my life.... After too much argument he gave me room and this whole thing ruined my entire day I came for the meeting and as i discussed whole thing above it made my worst day

1. "Only room structure can dosappoint you.. some rooms have large size windows covered with curtain Cloths, Which is nearly transparent , in this case room has no more privaccy." Hotel management must use a non transparent curtaim cloth. 2. Location wise its good to stay in this hotel, sarai kale khan is nearest metro here, Cleanness and hygine is maintained satifactorily, food was good. Staff were helpful.

Walking distance from nizamuddin station and pink line metro. rooms are neat. food is good. helpful staff. although no lift, staff helps you with luggage. safety, privacy, affordable price, single saver room option

There is no ventilation available in this room...room was clean ....bedsheet, pillow cover and blanket is in poor condition. They are using brown color bedsheets...dont know when they wash it last time
