hotel is not that good it looks in photos. service is horrible. for water we had to call 5 times. no morning and evening tea was available in hotel restaurant. had to run outside for a cup of tea. no television working. no soap and shampoo was provided even after asking. rooms were horribly chilled as i visited in winter. no heater was provided. worst experience till ever.

please don't book this hotel it has very bad service, and the room has a very bad smell, it's look like nobody stays there for last 3 months, the AC was broken and they charged rs 300 for the extra bed

i can no longer rely on the accuracy of their images .the bed sheets were filthy and stained. the toilet was broken, and there was a significant gap under the door, letting in the cold wind
