worst rated property worst customer service first they have given my bag to someone else then I have to run to the railway station to take my bag after that the hotel person gave me the ride to railways he left me there and I have to book a cab from there. it was utter unprofessionalism and inhuman behavior from the hotel staff. I will never recommend anyone to book this hotel ever again.

very bad service, informed them for room service but still 40 hrs completed not done.1 hr delay in check in, although before confirmation of advance payment, additional amount was asked to pay, later on customer service paid the rest of amount n check was made, time is valua Oyo hotel management should have the courtesy of these thing.

this is the worst rated property every time you try to book a room here they keep the charges so low so you will book a room here after that they denied check in and tell the customer to give the complementary extra amount from customer care this is the kind of fraud they are doing with customers every thing
